Our Project Management team will facilitate the space planning of your scheme. Ensuring the products selected are both suitable for the space available but also maximise the potential of the space.
Our extensive range of People First interior products will guarantee your property to stand out.
Our in-house Project Management team will visit the site to prepare site-specific logistic plans, efficient and attentive installation schedules and Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) in preparation for our start on site.
With over 120,000 square feet of warehousing across two locations, Manchester and London, LOFT have the flexibility to provide a call off-model and just in time deliveries to projects in any location, nationwide.
We’re also able to provide a vested solution if for any reason your project were to encounter delays, or the installation is over a prolonged duration.
Utilising our own fleet of over 30nr. 3.5 Tonne vehicles, our Project Management team will liaise with our transport team to ensure our deliveries are on time and in full.
Our smaller delivery vehicles allow us to deliver to all locations, no matter the site restrictions. We also partner with an external logistics company for projects where articulated vehicles are preferable.
DISTRIBUTE & INSTALL
Our skilled team of CSCS qualified operatives and SSSTS qualified supervisors will ensure safe and respectful distribution and installation. Our team will remove all waste from site and return it to our waste management facility in either Manchester or London.
Our collaborative approach will adhere to the programme requirements and our experienced management and supervision will ensure our installation aligns with the timescales set by our client.
AFTER-CARE & REPLENISHMENT
Our Quality Assurance Sign Off Sheets drive the highest level of quality during our installation. It is our mission, on every project, to hand back areas to our client, snag-free.
Your key account Project Manager will be your dedicated point of contact for any after-sales queries. They will ensure that you receive the same level of service post-contract and will advise on our replenishment service.
