Aftercare Not An Afterthought

The support you receive from the LOFT team doesn’t end with delivery and installation, our aftercare service means that we stay around to go above and beyond.

If you require any ongoing maintenance, or the removal or replacement of furniture and accessories, our team are on hand to help. Our dedicated aftercare department can help with post-delivery product and service issues and are directly available without inconveniencing residents. We're also developing a Lifecycle Protection product. This retained service means our design consultants will reassess your property or project after an agreed period of time and up date any aspects that have passed their sell by date.

Remove And Replace

Our ‘remove and replace’ service is key for any future furniture asset management requirements. Forming relationships with lettings or building management teams, we can become your trusted and reliable furnishing partner for ongoing maintenance, including the removal and replacement of furniture and accessories.

Solving Problems

We carry out easy and convenient fault assessment inspections, including independent wear and tear assessments, and have advisors available for any general maintenance and upkeep advice. All of our products have a one year warranty, as standard. If things do go wrong, you can book an easy and convenient fault assessment inspection, carried out remotely whenever possible. Just send us a photo or video of the problem and we will do our best to diagnose and provide the best solution.

Returns & Exchanges

Replacement parts are available to purchase, even outside of the warranty period. Plus, our return/collection exchange is available within 14 days of delivery to arrange product swaps if items have been ordered by mistake, or they are no longer required, so you can be sure of getting it right.
