How we designed a show apartment for a new and exciting waterside development in Tottenham Hale drawing on inspiration from the local industrial heritage, mixing old with new.
The Tottenham Hale development set in the Walthamstow Wetlands offering residents a unique haven and semi-rural location, yet only 30 minutes from central London. Appointed by award winning urban regeneration developer MUSE Developments, their brief to us was to reference London’s industrial waterside heritage `Industrial Wharf` through the interior design of their show apartment to appeal to their target market.
Part of a larger regeneration scheme, Lock 17 is a wharf style building with stunning features. Our design concept ‘Industrial Wharf’ was curated by our Design Team, they mixed intelligent design alongside a mix of contemporary furniture styles and timeless quality materials. The Team included artwork and craftsmanship from local, East London artisans – bringing in accents from the surrounding area, giving the apartment are truly bespoke look and feel that would appeal to the target market.
Creativity and experience came together to design a bespoke look for this show apartment. Through on trend pieces and contemporary furnishings, we designed a space that would inspire aspirational living for residents.
By strategically and creatively combining all the elements of old and new, Muse Developments could feel confident in a well-designed bespoke show apartment.
We really like what the design team have done with the space. Feedback from people viewing the apartment is really positive and I have enjoyed working with the design team. Thanks again it really does look lovely! Muse Developments
